About Me
As a kid, I loved building things.
As a teenager & student, I loved organising things, both at the local & international levels.
In my twenties & early thirties, I found a passion for IT and worked at Accenture, taking up roles in large projects like tax-on-web and digitisation projects at some big Belgian Banks.
In my thirties & early forties, I combined my love for building things & IT solutions by founding & growing Skryv from an initial idea to a profitable company with 15 people. Now Skryv is part of the Vanden Broele group, underpinning some of the largest digital public services in Flanders and serving several local governments in Flanders.

Along the road I hit numerous bumps … A burnout forced me to take a step back, get to know myself (much) better and rethink a number of things.
Now, I combine the experience of my professional track with my personal learnings to help teams to build better digital products and grow them commercially. Always with special attention to personal development & keeping a close eye on the limitations we all have.
