As a kid, I loved building things.

As a teenager & student, I loved organizing things, both at the local & international levels.

In my twenties & early thirties, I found a passion for IT and worked at Accenture, taking up roles in large projects like tax-on-web and digitization projects at some big Belgian Banks.

In my thirties & early forties, I combined my love for building things & IT solutions by founding & growing Skryv from an initial idea to a profitable company with 15 people. Now Skryv is part of the Vanden Broele group, underpinning some of the largest digital public services and serving several local governments in Flanders and Brussels.

Along the road I hit numerous bumps … A burnout forced me to take a step back, get to know myself (much) better, and rethink several things.

Now, I combine the experience of my professional track with my personal learnings to help teams build better digital products and grow them commercially. Always with special attention to personal development & keeping a close eye on the limitations we all have.

I am currently on a family break and am not available for full-time missions. I do however continue my learning and happily free up some time if you want to have a chat about personal development start-ups or software development!
